Unpleasant or threatening situations often happen unexpectedly – on the underground, in the park, in the street or in the supermarket. Many people then feel unsafe or helpless and later wonder what they could have done.
In this workshop, you can find your own role – without putting yourself or others at risk. You don’t have to be able to do everything. Everyone can act in their own way. Together, we’ll practise how you can remain capable of taking action in difficult moments and develop resilience in the face of conflict.
The event has been designed with trauma sensitivity in mind: we ensure respectful interaction, clear structures, voluntary participation and a safe learning environment.
The seminar will be led by Chaska Stern from the Team Gewaltmanagement. Coach für Zivilcourage.
